Our Process

To avoid taking your time for a phone call, we instead use a Questionnaire to determine specific rates, terms and structure for what a borrower wants to accomplish.

If we have questions after seeing your information we will usually contact you in 24 hours. If no questions, we send the LOI (Letter of Intent) usually within 48 hours. The LOI will show the improvements/solution, rate and loan terms for your situation.

Then we can discuss and determine if that is what you seek. No problem if it is not. We are very open and direct, we do not try to sell or persuade people on our solutions.

We show you the loan terms before you complete forms, apps, send financials, etc. And enables us to see if your situation should fit our loan parameters. We can then decide if we should proceed.
